Salmon Burgers



1 lb. Fresh Skinless Salmon
1/3 Cup Panko Breadcrumbs
2 Tbsp. Organic Bbq Sauce (Try Annie's, Nash Brothers or Organicville)
1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
2 Tbsps. Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 Garlic Cloves, pressed
½ tsp. Smoked Paprika or Cayenne Pepper
½ tsp. Onion Powder
Sea Salt and Pepper
Organic Buns (Food is Life, Udi's or Rudi's are great choices)


1. Add Salmon to a food processor and pulse until lightly ground.

2. Add Salmon and remaining ingredients to a large bowl.

3. Mix with a wooden spoon until just combined. Form into 4 equally sized burgers.

4. Heat a skillet (or grill) to medium-high heat and cook the burgers on each side about 3-4 minutes per side or until golden-brown.

5. Serve with lettuce, tomato, onion or toppings you enjoy.
